The position is for an Adjunct Instructor in the Business & Technical Studies department at South Louisiana Community College. The instructor will be responsible for maintaining an active classroom environment conducive to student learning and success, managing classroom/laboratory resources, preparing and delivering instruction, and evaluating student performance. The role also includes developing course syllabi, maintaining accurate records of student progress, utilizing technology for communication and learning facilitation, and participating in professional development activities. Additionally, the instructor will engage in marketing, recruitment, and retention efforts for students, and maintain professional relations with the industry.
