About The Position

It is the major responsibility of a faculty member at Florida National University to provide quality instruction and career advisement to all students. Faculty members are expected to maintain high standards of teaching and to support students in their academic and career pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality instruction to students
• Provide career advisement to students
• Maintain grades
• Develop course objectives
• Develop course outlines
• Develop syllabi
• Develop course competencies
• Follow all FNU Policies, Procedures, Rules, and Regulations
• Follow the FNU Code of Ethics
• Comply with Title IX
• Comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
• Comply with the Florida Information Protection Act of 2014 (FIPA)
• Comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
• Comply with all other applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations.
