About The Position

Teach college level Early Education courses at Alamance Community College. The position involves teaching curriculum courses in Early Education through an online, traditional seated, and/or hybrid format. Responsibilities include the development of syllabi and tests, maintaining accurate records of student work and attendance, grading and returning student work in a timely manner, and holding weekly office hours. Excellent communication skills with the students and the Department Head are essential.

Requirements

• Master's degree in the Early Childhood Education discipline or a similar degree with 18+ graduate credit hours in Early Childhood from a regionally-accredited institution.
• At least one year of teaching experience.

Nice To Haves

• Community college teaching experience preferred.
