About The Position

This position works in clinical settings with groups of nursing students, helping students apply theory to practice situations and develop critical thinking skills.
Supervise a group of 4-8 Elmhurst students onsite in the clinical setting
Hours vary by course, and range from 8-12 hours per day, depending on the clinical site
Grade clinical paperwork
Communicate with course coordinator of progress of clinical students
Serve as a liaison between the clinical agency and the course coordinator
Supervise unlicensed nursing students

Requirements

• Currently active unencumbered IL RN license
• Bachelors and earned master's degree in nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN
• Previous Clinical teaching experience
• Reliable transportation to clinical agency sites
