About The Position

Adjunct faculty members are hired on a term by term basis to teach classes that are not covered by full time faculty members. To maintain instructional methodology consistent with YTI Career Institute's learning model and to tailor course materials to the levels and needs of individual students that will ultimately cause students to develop employable skills leading them to jobs that are commensurate with student ability and employer expectation. No teaching experience is required; training provided.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required; Associates degree or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Minimum 3 years documented related professional work experience required
• Teaching experience preferred, especially at the post-secondary level
• Ability to use common software programs (MS Word/Excel/Outlook etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
