About The Position
The Battery Manufacturing Engineering team is opening new highways with our next-generation propulsion systems. We're investing over $50 billion to build some of the most technologically advanced EV manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and E.U. to produce the next generation of Ford electric vehicles. In this position... You'll lead the development of innovative adhesive solutions for our high voltage battery packs. In this role you will drive technological advancement in this discipline as part of a small, specialized team. You'll investigate candidate potting and dispense process strategies for new products to reduce the cost and improve performance and own the process from early prototype builds through full volume production and provide potting and dispense design for manufacturability (DFM) input to our product design team
