The Collins Aerospace Additive Design and Manufacturing (ADaM) team is seeking an Additive Manufacturing (AM) Project Engineer for its Monroe, NC, Additive Manufacturing facility. In this dynamic role, you will manage customer and internal projects from initial engagement through production delivery, ensuring technical, schedule, and cost commitments are met. You will translate customer requirements into actionable build plans and collaborate across Operations, Engineering, and Quality to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with a deep understanding of additive manufacturing technologies (specifically laser powder bed fusion – LPBF), design for additive manufacturing (DfAM), and technical project management. They thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are passionate about driving innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
