Additive Manufacturing Lead, Director Concurrent Technologies Corporation Johnstown, PA Minimum Clearance Required: None Clearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: Secret Employee Background Check Required CTC Engineering and Manufacturing: Where Cutting-Edge Innovation Meets Mission-Critical Solutions The CTC Engineering Division specializes in transforming cutting-edge technologies into real-world solutions. We harness the power of 3D printing, advanced joining techniques like friction stir welding, and cutting-edge design tools to tackle complex challenges for a diverse set of clients. This position is responsible for overseeing and growing CTC’s additive manufacturing (AM) enterprise, including secure additive manufacturing. Develops and drives AM technical innovation and excellence across the organization. Conducts growth activities in coordination with technical staff, attracting and expanding client base to foster new business; new market development; identifying future Federal Government contracting opportunities; leveraging existing technical capabilities in new ways to solve difficult technical problems crucial to America’s civil-military base and the federal government. Emphasis is on entrepreneurially expanding AM business in the areas of Research, Development, Testing and Evaluation (RDT&E), professional engineering services, and other areas of national interest.

Requirements

• Employees will possess formal education in Technical, Applied Engineering, Information Technology or related academic field plus expertise gained through a combination of requisite training and directly related experience, including prior management responsibility in a professional services company or comparable environment.
• PhD plus at least 6 years of directly related experience or MA/MS plus at least 8 years of directly related experience or BA/BS plus at least 10 years of directly related experience

Responsibilities

• Provide overall AM program leadership to ensure that the enterprise meets all operational, technical and financial objectives established by Company leadership.
• Develop and manage AM program operational budgets and objectives.
• Provide leadership and oversight to ensure that these objectives are achieved.
• Continually monitor AM program performance with respect to Company objectives and take necessary actions, as required, to manage programmatic, technical, and financial issues that arise to ensure that the AM program meets all objectives.
• Develop new relationships leveraging the Company’s AM expertise in pursuit of new growth and existing business programs.
• Market Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) AM capabilities and identify requirements for new AM technical capabilities in service to our clients.
• Support the identification and validation of the Company’s AM technology portfolio.
• Integrate with technical leadership to refine and showcase the Company’s AM technologies to grow business and win new clients.
• Partner with all areas of the organization required for achieving business objectives.
