We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Addictions Therapist with expertise in problem gambling to join our evening clinical team. Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field, with completion of a clinical internship/practicum.
• Candidates who are license-eligible (LPC, LCSW, or similar) are strongly encouraged to apply; fully licensed clinicians are also welcome.
• Prior experience providing addiction treatment required; experience with problem gambling populations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate evening group therapy sessions focused on addiction recovery and problem gambling.
• Conduct clinical assessments to determine level of care, treatment needs, and appropriate interventions.
• Provide individual counseling to support client goals and recovery progress.
• Collaborate with clients, families (as appropriate), and multidisciplinary treatment teams to develop individualized treatment plans with measurable outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and clinical consultations to coordinate care and review client progress.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and complete insurance reviews as needed.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture focused on high-quality, ethical care.
