Will be responsible for building and maintaining a cohesive team, hiring and training of new team members, providing oversight of staff billing, clinical documentation and maintaining a budget. Work to build relationship with community partners and organizations; build and inspire a cohesive team promoting efficiency and team work. Additional skills and abilities : Requires knowledge of human development and behavior Familiar with treatment modalities and psychological theory Independent judgment An ability to identify alternative actions

Requirements

  • LCSW/LMFT/LMHC required.
  • 3-6 years of addictions and/or supervisory experience.
  • Requires knowledge of human development and behavior

  • LCAC preferred.
