Department Denver CARES Providers The following positions within Inpatient Adolescent Psychiatry, Inpatient Adult Psychiatry, Psychiatric Emergency Services, CARES, and Outpatient Behavioral Health Services are offering the opportunity to enroll in a program offering a cash incentive to recognize your work treating patients with substance use disorders. This program is sponsored through the ACCESS (Advancing Careers, Competencies, and Equity in Substance Treatment Services) grant. Employees must be >0.6 FTE to be eligible. 50% of the bonus will be received 90 days after signing the program contract. Program is available until grant funds are exhausted. · Registered Nurses (RNs) may earn up to $7,500 · Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) may earn up to $3,500 · Care Navigators may earn up to $3,503 Job Summary Under general supervision, provides administrative, clinical, and supportive supervision to addictions program clinical staff at the Denver CARES or OBHS clinic(s). Establishes a coaching/mentoring/learning alliance with staff to increase knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitudes. Motivates employees through open communication, timely feedback, and leading by example. Participates in policy planning and implementation. Plans, schedules, coordinates, and assigns work to assure service provision, including coverage. Strives to create a positive customer experience by committing to higher standards and communicating compelling vision.
