Accountable is an affordable peer support, testing, and technology platform to help individuals, providers, and families. Accountable's technology provides an environment that helps families heal and provides a safety net of support. Our mission is to support individuals as they transition from therapeutic care into a fulfilling, and self determined life. You Are Accountable is hiring for Accountable Recovery Specialists! This person will act as a peer in recovery to their own caseload of Accountable Members. They will be an integral part in implementing our clinically supportive services that can scale to meet increasing demand, and deliver ever-increasing measurable levels of quality. If you are a self starter, passionate about recovery, and in long term recovery this is the opportunity for you!

Requirements

• In recovery for a minimum of three (3) years.
• Passionate and open about your recovery, and working your own program of recovery.
• Credentialed Addiction Therapist, Recovery Coach, or similar experience/qualification.
• Excited about being a future leader in a high growth, technology driven startup environment.
• Decisive prioritization skills.
• Comfortable with technology.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working as a Case Manager, or Guidance Counselor a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with a caseload to implement the Accountable continuing care and monitoring service.
• Coordinate care with each member’s external clinical team; providing updates as requested by the external clinical team.
• Monitor toxicology tests over video chat.
• Monitor breathalyzer tests.
• Offer peer support over text message and video chat.
• Create relapse prevention plans based on existing goals from treatment plans provided by our member’s clinical team.
• Monitor relapse prevention plans through weekly engagement, and survey results.
• Act as a steward of You Are Accountable.
