About The Position
As an Addiction Counselor in our Outpatient Program, you'll serve as a primary counselor in the delivery of substance use disorder treatment services to clients and their families including treatment plan development and execution, group and individual counseling sessions, document client progress in the electronic medical record, and facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations. The Addiction Counselor participates as a member of the treatment team and provides program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.
