The ADC Engineer III will focus on troubleshooting complex system operations across an enterprise level, not limited to server-level issues. A solid foundation in various operating systems, networking, and a general understanding of cloud services is essential. You will engage with Amazon's largest and most demanding customers to strategically address their specific needs across a comprehensive suite of services. This role requires diving deep into technical issues, developing long-term strategies, and diligently working to enhance the customer experience. The position is located in Amazon's new headquarters in Northern Virginia, which represents a significant investment of $2.5 billion, encompassing 4 million square feet of energy-efficient office space and the creation of at least 25,000 new full-time jobs. The role demands that the selected candidate possesses and maintains an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph, and the candidate must opt into a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.
