About The Position

You will lead program interface responsibilities, representing our North America ADAS department. As an Integration Engineer, you will collaborate with features Subject Matter Experts, user experience teams, functional partners like Electrical, Chassis, and Powertrain, along with the Program Team to deliver to GPDS milestone requirements, post <PSC> through launch. You will also lead development and execution of design verification testing plan and sign-off.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical or related technical field
  • 1+ year of experience in project management and/or an integration role, leading and directing other team members.
  • General knowledge or experience preferably in developing features in the Driver Assistance domain using radars, cameras, lidars, ultrasonic sensors and other related vehicle systems (body, electrical, chassis, powertrain)
  • Familiarity with actuators and control systems
  • Exposure to vehicle attributes development (Vehicle Dynamics, NVH, Package, Performance/FE, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related technical field
  • Proven technical skills using Vector, CANalyzer, and CANape tools
  • Prior ADAS Experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop the program plan.
  • Collaborate with ADAS teams, vehicle programs, and VEV leadership to ensure that sufficient DCV, HIL/BB, and simulation resources are available to deliver the program assumptions and associated verification plan.
  • Oversee the delivery and sign-off of engineering milestones and associated documentation for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with the program, FSIM, and New Models for the identification, triage, and resolution of launch concerns.
  • Follow-thru and improve quality. Leverage program sign-off and launch experiences to monitor early warranty claims and connected vehicle data for resolution of customer facing concerns.
