About The Position

Position: ADAS Service Coordinator, remote. Pay $18 - $24 per hour based on experience What You'll Do: Service Coordination: Analyze ADAS calibration data, create work orders, and coordinate with technicians and repair facilities to ensure efficient service delivery. Documentation: Utilize automotive service information programs to verify repair requirements and manage internal collision center software for document uploads and billing. POS Management: Create work orders, add detailed notes, and finalize completed services using internal POS systems. Audits: Perform regular audits for open work orders to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Communication: Foster effective communication with internal and external teams to ensure smooth administrative operations. Customer Service: Build strong relationships with repair center personnel, clearly explaining ADAS recalibration needs and service planning. Training Participation: Engage in ongoing training sessions and maintain relevant certifications. What We're Looking For: Experience: At least one year in automotive or collision repairs; ADAS calibration or collision repair experience preferred. Technical Skills: Knowledge of ADAS systems and automotive diagnostics; ability to use diagnostic tools and software. Certifications: ASE or I-CAR certifications preferred. Work Environment: Ability to work remotely with excellent time management and access to a suitable workspace; occasional travel for training may be required. Attributes: Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a strong customer-focused approach; ability to manage multiple PC monitors for extended periods.
