We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic Adaptive Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals of varying abilities and will be passionate about creating a safe, fun, and encouraging learning environment.

Requirements

• Adaptive aquatics certification or experience teaching individuals with disabilities strongly desired.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff and families.
• Patience, creativity, and flexibility in adapting teaching strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and teach adaptive swim lessons tailored to the needs and abilities of each participant.
• Provide a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment for swimmers with physical, cognitive, or developmental disabilities.
• Monitor swimmers at all times to ensure safety and well-being.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding swimmer progress, goals, and concerns.
