About The Position
The Adaptive Recreation Specialist is responsible for facilitating the inclusion of individuals with disabilities in various programs at the Ashburn Recreation and Community Center. This role focuses on creating inclusive opportunities for individuals of all ages, particularly through the planning and administration of a sensory room designed to accommodate diverse needs. The specialist will also provide direction and assistance to various programs, ensuring that all community members can participate fully in recreational activities.
