The Adaptive Programming Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and evaluation of adaptive programs for children and adults with disabilities. This position will work closely with branch leadership and the Senior Association Director of Adaptive Programming to ensure high-quality, inclusive programming that meets the unique needs of participants. Additionally, the coordinator will provide direct service in running and facilitating programs to foster an inclusive, supportive environment for all members. This role will be the main point of contact for families seeking adaptive programming, ensuring effective communication and addressing any concerns related to participant experience. This position will also strengthen partnerships within the community and oversee volunteer initiatives to support adaptive programming efforts. Who Are We?
