Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com Adaptive Planning Principal Consultant The Adaptive Planning Principal Consultant is a senior member of our team responsible for leading end to end implementation of Adaptive Planning from initial client consultation and design to final testing and deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 4 or more years of hands-on in Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Strong accounting/finance background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Up to 15% travel
- Adaptive Planning certified required
Responsibilities
- Expert knowledge of Adaptive Planning and Adaptive Pro certification.
- Translating business requirements into functional designs of scalable, best practice models.
- Configure and optimize models, reports, dashboards, and workflows to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting needs.
- Provide guidance to clients regarding finance best practices to be incorporated in their model.
- Contribute to project management and ensure client satisfaction.
- Mentor and coach less experienced consultants, share best practices and provide expert guidance on Adaptive functionality.
