About The Position
Adam & Eve is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Associates to join our team in Nampa, ID. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive shopping environment. We are looking for individuals who are not only passionate about customer service but also committed to upholding our values of professionalism and teamwork. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with flexible scheduling options available. You will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting them with their purchasing decisions, and ensuring that the store is clean and well-stocked. Additionally, you will be expected to learn about our products to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and a willingness to contribute to a positive team atmosphere. In this position, you will engage in various tasks including daily housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting to maintain a clean environment. You will also be responsible for accurately using a point of sale system, processing shipments, and stocking shelves to ensure that the store is always ready for customers. We value a positive and professional work environment, and you will be expected to promote this culture among your peers. The ideal candidate will be someone who is coachable, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and is able to lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds. Availability for night and weekend shifts is essential, as our store operates from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. daily.
