Hallcon is seeking a part-time ADA Support Driver Supervisor to join our team in Palo Alto, CA. This role is essential in providing on-site support to ADA Disgo drivers and riders, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Supervisor will be responsible for assigning Disgo drivers to appropriate riders, entering rider requests into the TMS software, and ensuring that all drivers report on time and perform complete vehicle inspections. The position requires effective communication with the Supervisor to escalate any issues that arise during operations. In this dynamic and energetic client-facing work environment, the Supervisor will oversee drivers' breaks and schedule relief drivers as necessary. It is crucial to enforce all work rules, policies, and procedures, notifying the Operations Manager of any violations. The Supervisor will also operate an ADA Golf Cart, assist passengers with their baggage and equipment, and record trip activity using provided technology. Maintaining the operational readiness of the vehicle is a key responsibility, which includes ensuring cleanliness, pleasant odors, and appropriate amenities are provided. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the overall mission of Hallcon. This position is part-time, with shifts available on weekends only, either from 8 am to 1 pm or 12:30 pm to 9 pm.
