About The Position

The Officer Tatum is one of the fastest-growing conservative media platforms in the U.S., with over 7 million followers across YouTube, podcast, and social media. In addition to our own show, we partner with other high-profile influencers to offer ad placements across multiple channels. We are seeking a motivated Ad Sales Manager to acquire, manage, and grow advertising clients across The Officer Tatum YouTube channel, podcast, and social media platforms — as well as for other influencers in our network. This role is critical for driving advertising revenue and building strong relationships with sponsors. The immediate priority will be taking over existing client relationships and learning our process under the direction of our COO. Once trained, you will focus on acquiring new advertisers and expanding our partnerships.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience (media sales, influencer marketing, or sponsorship sales preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and close deals.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and pipeline management.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Passion for conservative media and influencer-driven businesses a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take over and manage existing advertising clients across YouTube, podcast, and social media platforms.
• Work closely with Jim Ryan (COO) to get fully onboarded and trained in our ad sales process.
• Prospect and acquire new ad partners aligned with our brand and audience.
• Manage relationships with clients from onboarding through renewal.
• Create and deliver sponsorship proposals and packages tailored to client goals.
• Collaborate with the content and production teams to ensure ads are delivered accurately and on time.
• Track and report on ad sales performance, pipeline, and renewals.
• Stay up-to-date on trends in digital media advertising and influencer marketing.
