About The Position

We are looking for an Ad Operations Manager to ensure seamless campaign execution and operational excellence across all clients. The role focuses on driving performance through data-driven optimization, strategic collaboration, and innovative ad delivery within our app growth platform. The ideal candidate will excel at aligning client strategies with Remerge’s products, implementing advanced targeting methodologies, and continuously identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, analytical rigor, and a proactive mindset toward growth and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on campaign management experience in digital or programmatic advertising.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and client-facing perspectives.
  • Experience implementing targeting and optimization strategies in performance-driven environments.
  • Strong organizational and operational skills to manage multiple campaigns efficiently.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Eager to stay current on ad tech trends and continuously develop professional skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working directly with DSPs, MMPs, and SSPs.
  • Familiarity with SQL and BigQuery for data extraction and campaign analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Revenue team and other cross-functional partners to align campaign strategies with client goals and Remerge’s capabilities.
  • Apply targeting strategies and optimization techniques to improve campaign performance and meet client objectives.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for campaign optimization, testing, and performance enhancement.
  • Oversee campaign setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations from start to finish.
  • Contribute ideas for improving internal processes, automation, and the overall client experience.
  • Analyze campaign data to extract insights, prepare reports, and share recommendations with internal teams and clients.
