About The Position
The ad makeup coordinator reports to the Managing Director of Ad Layout. You will work on the physical advertising layout of the publications printed at our print plant. This position is represented by the NewsGuild of NY. You will assist in executing the layout details while remaining organized and responsive to production timelines. You will leverage existing tools while continuously refining processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Our mission is to have close collaboration both with all our internal partners. In your role, you will lead by example, create positive working relationships and act as a creative thought-partner.
