About The Position

The Nurse Manager (RN) position within the Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) Management at ScionHealth is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the organization's mission, vision, policies, and objectives in nursing and clinical services. This role involves acting as a liaison between rehabilitation nursing, other disciplines, and administration, promoting team relationships and effective rehabilitation practices, and ensuring efficient delivery of rehabilitation care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse / RN licensure appropriate to State regulations.
• At least BLS CPR Certification.
• Five (5) years of experience in an inpatient hospital setting, rehabilitation preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing leadership preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement the mission, vision, policies, goals, and objectives of the organization and nursing/clinical services.
• Act as a liaison between rehabilitation nursing, other disciplines, and administration.
• Promote the philosophy and goals of the organization and develop team relationships.
• Allocate available resources for efficient delivery of rehabilitation care.
• Participate in executive decision-making related to departmental functions.
