About The Position

The Acute Rehab Registered Nurse is responsible for executing comprehensive nursing care and providing leadership to the nursing staff. This role includes assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care, and evaluating responses to treatment. The RN also manages the therapeutic environment and oversees the delivery of care by the nursing treatment team.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Nevada (or eligibility for licensure).
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Provide direction and supervision to nursing team members.

• Perform physical tasks including lifting, walking, carrying, and standing as needed.
