About The Position
Renown Health seeking a Acute Neurology Nurse Practitioner to join our highly successful medical group and Northern Nevada's largest, and only, not-for-profit locally owned and governed healthcare network. The Acute Neurology NP will be a part of the Stroke Team when on shift and see inpatient Neuro Consults in the hospital. Ideal candidate will be BE/BC and have 2 years Stroke Neurology NP experience. Provider is expected to be a team player with a strong work ethic and will work closely with the Stroke Medical Director building the Stroke program in the Stroke Center. Incumbent will teach Residents and Medical Students as part of Renown's Community Faculty for the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine. This is an Employed position with Renown Medical Group. Renown Health is a Joint Commission accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center and ABRET Accredited Level III Epilepsy Lab
Requirements
- BE/BC
- 2 years Stroke Neurology NP experience
- Team player with a strong work ethic
Responsibilities
