About The Position

The Lead Acute/LTS RN position at Coulee Medical Center involves overseeing patient care in both the Acute and Long-Term Services (LTS) departments. This full-time role focuses on addressing patient concerns efficiently while supervising the care provided by LPNs, HCAs, NACs, and other non-licensed personnel. Requirements

  • Current Washington State RN license.
  • BLS, ACLS, NRP, & PALS/ENPC certification (to be obtained within one year if not certified).
  • Two to three years of experience in a nursing leadership, supervisory, or charge position.
  • Background in precepting/training/mentoring staff.
  • 2-3 years of previous clinical experience in a hospital setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Adult education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise care provided by LPNs, HCAs, NACs, and other non-licensed personnel.
  • Quickly and efficiently address patient concerns.
  • Gather pertinent information to assist the provider in determining care.
  • Work collaboratively within the Acute and LTS departments.
