About The Position
The LPN provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. Provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care. Shifts Available: Full-time: Mon-Wed, 7am - 7:30pm Expected starting wage range is $32.01 - $39.56. The full wage range goes up to $47.10. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Telecare operates the Mark Reed Evaluation and Treatment (E&T) center in McCleary WA. This program, located in Grays Harbor County, is a secure 16-bed inpatient E&T for adults aged 18+ who meet the criteria for services under the Involuntary Treatment Act (ITA). Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program and current licensure in the state of operation

Benefits
- Shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift).
- Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift)
