Requirements

Completion of a Dialysis Training program
Current CCHT Certification
A minimum of one year of experience as a dialysis technician
Strong patient assessment abilities
Critical thinking skills
A proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team setting
Must be able to pass Ishihara's Color Blindness test successfully

Responsibilities

Meticulously preparing and maintaining dialysis machines
Ensuring every treatment is safe, effective, and ready for patient use
Vigilantly monitoring vital signs and treatment parameters
Spotting changes and responding appropriately to ensure patient safety and comfort
Working in close partnership with the nursing staff
Delivering seamless, high-quality treatments
