Requirements

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Active state licensure with a clean record.
At least one year of RN experience, with a minimum of six months in nephrology.
Current BLS/CPR certification from an accredited organization.
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
Commitment to ongoing education in nephrology.
Ability to lift and assist patients and equipment safely.

Responsibilities

Deliver safe and effective patient care in accordance with established guidelines and regulations.
Assess and document patient responses to treatment, adjusting care plans as necessary.
Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care and patient outcomes.
Educate patients about their condition and treatment options, responding to their questions empathetically.
Perform pre-treatment checks on dialysis machines and maintain equipment per safety protocols.
Report incidents and concerns to the RN Supervisor or CEO as needed.
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional patient care and support one another.
