We are looking for a full-time Acute Clinical Staff Pharmacist to join our Banner Casa Grande Medical Center team in Casa Grande, AZ! This is a varied shift role, working 4, 10-hour shifts per week, that includes the following rotating shifts: 6:30AM, - 5PM, 8AM - 6:30PM, or 10:30AM - 9PM. POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for the delivery of pharmaceutical care to patients using the medication use process. This position is accountable for documentation of all components of pharmaceutical care they deliver to patients. Oversees the activities of pharmacy technicians and interns, coordinating workflow and approving medications prior to being dispensed. Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients being served. Must assess data reflective of the patient's status, interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements and provide pharmaceutical care based on those needs. Adheres to local, state, and federal laws regarding the profession of pharmacy practice.
