About The Position

UW Medicine Affiliate Valley Medical Center's Acute Care Surgery team seeks a dedicated APP for hospitalist duties in Renton, WA. This permanent role supports 24/7 care for general surgical emergencies and trauma patients in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Requirements

• Board-certified PA-C or ARNP with acute care surgical or trauma experience.
• Active WA licensure, DEA, and ability to handle high-acuity cases required.
• Passion for emergency surgical care in a Level III trauma-affiliated setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily evaluations and inpatient care for acute surgical and trauma admissions.
• Provide hospitalist services including consults, procedures, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and staff for seamless patient recovery.
