About The Position

Join the future of healthcare in Everett, Washington. myLaurel is seeking a dedicated Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Everett-based team. In this field-based role, you will lead a high-acuity "Hospital-at-Home" model, delivering sophisticated medical interventions to patients where they are most comfortable. Why Join myLaurel? Requirements

• Licensure: Active Washington State NP or PA license (ARNP or PA-C).
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in Emergency Medicine , Hospitalist , or Urgent Care .
• Local Knowledge: Ability to navigate and provide care within the Everett, WA region.
• Certifications: Board Certification and active DEA registration.
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license and willingness to engage in field-based clinical work.

Responsibilities

• Field-Based Acute Care: Deliver high-acuity clinical care to patients within the Everett/Snohomish County service area.
• Team Leadership: Partner with on-site Paramedics or EMTs to perform advanced diagnostics and bedside treatments.
• Clinical Decision Making: Order and interpret Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) , including portable imaging and rapid labs.
• Complex Case Management: Manage patients with multi-morbidities using evidence-based acute care protocols.
• EMR Excellence: Ensure real-time, accurate documentation of patient encounters.
