About The Position

ICC (Intensive Care Consortium) is seeking a PRN experienced acute care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join HCA MountainView Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. Qualified Candidates: Acute care certification and ICU experience required APP providers must be proficient with, and credentialed to perform routine Critical Care procedures including central and arterial line placement, thoracentesis, intubations and management of mechanical ventilation Ability to work PRN, 4-6 shifts per month Primarily Night Shift- 10 mo/year, Day Shift 2 mo/year 12-hour shifts covering a 23-bed medical/surgical ICU and 12- bed CV ICU with mandatory Intensivist consults 2 MDs (7am to 7pm); 1 MD and 1 APP (7 pm to 7 am) Busy program with high acuity patient population, Clinical Teaching with Residents/Fellows Ability to cover at sister facility, Southern Hills if neededIncentive/Benefits Package: Appropriate staffing models and flexible scheduling Occurrence based malpractice Insurance Expert practice management including privileging, provider enrollment, and billing and collections

Requirements

• Acute care certification
