About The Position
Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our Intensivist team. This is a night-shift only position with a highly manageable patient volume and strong ICU physician collaboration. The ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous role and be committed to delivering high-quality critical care. Position Highlights: · Nights-only schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off (7 PM – 7 AM) · Manageable patient load in a supportive and collaborative ICU environment · Work autonomously alongside a well-established team · Utilizes EPIC EMR system · Competitive compensation and benefits package
Requirements
- Active Texas Nurse Practitioner license (ACNP certification required)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care or critical care setting preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making ability
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP)
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS): Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 day s of hire or transfer.
- Acute Care Nr s Prac t Cert (ACNP-BC)
- Acute Care NP-A Gerontology (ACNPC-AG)
- Neonatal NP (NNP-BC)
