The successful candidate: 14 shifts per month-- 7 on/7off day shift --Will hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The Acute Care APP provides advanced clinical care to patients across all levels of acuity, including those requiring intensive care, within an acuity adaptable unit. This role is integral to the multidisciplinary team and supports the delivery of timely, evidence-based care. The APP performs comprehensive assessments, formulates differential diagnoses, initiates treatment plans, and executes critical care procedures in collaboration with attending physicians and nursing staff. This role manages patients across the continuum of care, including medical-surgical, step-down, and ICU-level acuity.
