About The Position
The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston is seeking a part-time Acupuncturist to provide inpatient and outpatient acupuncture services through the Integrative Medicine Program. The mission of the center is to eliminate cancer through outstanding patient care, research, and education. The Acupuncturist will be responsible for verifying physician's clearance orders, inspecting treatment areas, positioning and treating patients, assessing for any reactions, documenting services, and adhering to hospital policies regarding patient confidentiality. The role also includes participation in outreach programs and program evaluation processes.
