We are seeking an experienced Acumatica Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and enhancement of our ERP system. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical expert who excels in architecting advanced customizations, optimizing business processes, and driving system-wide improvements. Our organization has made significant investments in Acumatica, including advanced workflow automation, custom reporting, and integrations with various business applications. The Acumatica Solutions Architect will assume ownership of the systems architecture, development roadmap, and integrations to ensure optimal performance, security, and alignment with business operations.   • Architecture & Strategy Partner with the CFO and key stakeholders to manage and maintain the overall Acumatica architecture and long-term roadmap. Ensure system evolution aligns with business goals and improves operational efficiency. Lead project management efforts related to system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Customization & Development Design, code, test, and deploy customizations to address specific business needs. Enhance automation, reduce manual work, and improve processing speed across systems. Configure and optimize Acumatica modules based on operational requirements.
  • Implementation & Integration Evaluate, implement, and integrate third-party solutions. Develop and maintain APIs to ensure seamless interoperability between systems. Support faster onboarding of new tools and reduce integration downtime.
  • Support & Maintenance Provide ongoing technical support and system administration. Oversee updates, troubleshooting, and system performance (user support managed by a dedicated sysadmin).
  • Collaboration Partner closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements. Deliver successful implementations measured by timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Data Management Apply advanced data management and query skills to ensure accurate data capture, synchronization, and movement across systems. Minimize discrepancies through strong data governance practices.
  • Reporting Develop advanced GI reporting, including customer reports, operational dashboards, and KPIs. Modify invoice templates and support integrated detail/backup report requirements.
  • Soft Skills & Communication Foster collaboration and communication across teams. Demonstrate creativity, problem-solving, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Training & Documentation Train users on best practices and system functionality. Create technical documentation, including business requirements, data mapping, and process flows. Support ongoing enhancements with clear and detailed documentation.
  • Data Migration Assist with data imports, validation, and quality checks. Ensure data integrity and timely completion of migration tasks.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Acumatica development and software configuration.
  • Deep expertise in Acumatica , data management, and query frameworks.
  • Proven ability to create business requirements documentation and technical diagrams.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, and .NET is preferred.
