About The Position
As an Actuary in Chicago, IL, you will analyze statistical data, such as mortality, accident, sickness, disability, and retirement rates, and construct probability tables to forecast risk and liability for payment of future benefits. You will develop variable annuity (VA) products through actuarial modeling and create hedging strategies to mitigate market risk for VA products. Additionally, you will conduct mathematical and statistical analysis for risk management for insurance companies and perform GAAP valuation for life insurance estimations. You will support the development of valuation models for US statutory and GAAP LDTI reporting using Integrate and MG-ALFA.
