About The Position
As an Actuary at AXA XL, you will be responsible for ensuring that all US product lines have market-leading, technical pricing and portfolio management capabilities. You will coordinate with relevant Lines of Business (LOB) and Product actuarial support, serving as the primary contact for US Underwriting management, including portfolio reporting and strategy discussions. Your role will involve providing decision-making guidance throughout the underwriting process using advanced analytics to drive excellent business performance. You will develop and leverage product pricing methodologies aligned with global strategies, including pricing algorithms and advanced pricing techniques for US Casualty-model supported business. Additionally, you will engage closely with the Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO), Underwriting, Reserving, and Claims to improve pricing accuracy and ensure compliance with Pricing Model Standards.
