Responsible for ownership of technical aspects of financial solutions transactions, including transaction analysis, actuarial modeling, and deal modeling. Other contributions to deals execution include the support of proposal assembly and obtaining internal approvals. In addition, the individual will help colleagues with marketing and management reporting. The financial solutions in scope are full risk transfer transactions of inforce business, as well as reserve/capital financing deals of a remote risk nature. The underlying products include term life, whole life, individual annuities and group life and health business. The transactional nature of the role is deadline-oriented and will occasionally require unpredictable or extended hours. Over time, the individual will work towards higher level roles within the team, including term sheet drafting, structuring, client interface, and ultimately deal leadership.
