And we do it all with heart, each and every day. We are looking for Actuarial Manager for Commercial Dental and Vision Business to provide actuarial support and strategic leadership.

  • Leads Dental and Vision pricing and valuation decisions that cover Individual and Small Group segments and all local markets across the nation
  • Works cross-functionally across the Dental and Vision organization, with responsibilities including pricing, experience studies, rate filings, rating tools, product development analysis, network support, underwriting support, planning, forecasting, and reporting
  • Influences business partners including Underwriting, Sales, Network, Finance, Operation and Product to focus efforts and achieve hard-to-achieve goals.
  • Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 3+ years of prior Commercial pricing/rating system/forecasting experience
  • ASA required
  • Strong technical, analytical, and financial skill
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally
  • FSA preferred, but not required
  • Prior Dental or Vision experience preferred, but not required
