And we do it all with heart, each and every day. We are looking for Actuarial Manager for Commercial Dental and Vision Business to provide actuarial support and strategic leadership. The Actuarial Manager responsibilities include: Leads Dental and Vision pricing and valuation decisions that cover Individual and Small Group segments and all local markets across the nation Works cross-functionally across the Dental and Vision organization, with responsibilities including pricing, experience studies, rate filings, rating tools, product development analysis, network support, underwriting support, planning, forecasting, and reporting Influences business partners including Underwriting, Sales, Network, Finance, Operation and Product to focus efforts and achieve hard-to-achieve goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 3+ years of prior Commercial pricing/rating system/forecasting experience
• ASA required
• Strong technical, analytical, and financial skill
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally

Nice To Haves

• FSA preferred, but not required
• Prior Dental or Vision experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities
