About The Position

As an Actuarial Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and delivering high-impact actuarial initiatives that support our goals. You will own the full lifecycle of projects—from defining scope and building detailed plans to executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering outcomes on time and within budget. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, actuarial experts, and business leaders, acting as a key bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will drive alignment, proactively manage risks, and ensure that project deliverables meet high-quality standards while exceeding stakeholder expectations. Your ability to influence, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships will be essential as you coordinate resources, facilitate discussions, and guide teams through complex initiatives. Additionally, you will champion best practices in project management, introduce process improvements, and help enhance tools and workflows that increase efficiency and execution across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field is required (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 5 or more years of progressive project management experience, preferably within large or cross-functional organizations
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex initiatives
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences
  • Experience managing budgets and financial targets
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms)
  • Experience working in cross-functional team environments
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO.
