About The Position

Applied Underwriters is a global risk services company that continues to expand our offerings in property and casualty insurance. We are looking for intelligent and knowledgeable candidates that will utilize their rich experience of commercial lines actuarial reserving techniques to provide guidance and insights to business unit leaders and senior staff. The Actuarial Manager, Reserving will be responsible for managing and conducting property/casualty reserve-related projects. This includes the review and analysis of select P&C reserving segments which this role will be responsible. This role can be based either in Omaha, NE or the Tampa Bay area. In office is expected 4 days a week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Finance or other related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society with Exam 7.
• 10+ years property/casualty insurance experience, with 5 years specifically in reserving.

Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct property/casualty reserve-related projects.
• Review and analyze select P&C reserving segments.
