This role is the senior-most actuarial leader for one of Arcadia’s largest and most strategically important client engagements. You will be the primary driver of actuarial strategy, bringing deep expertise to guide high-stakes decisions for our partners. Your leadership will shape how Arcadia’s analytics platform is leveraged to optimize value-based care performance, ensuring measurable impact on both clinical outcomes and financial success.

Lead the actuarial strategy for a flagship enterprise client, serving as the primary decision-maker for actuarial methodologies, models, and deliverables
Act as the executive point of contact for client actuarial leadership, fostering trusted relationships that drive collaboration and growth
Oversee product reconciliations, forecasting, and underwriting with a focus on innovation, accuracy, and actionable insights
Partner with product, data, and engineering leadership to influence and enhance Arcadia’s actuarial analytics capabilities

Bachelor's Degree in related Actuarial Science, Data Science, Economics, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of actuarial healthcare experience, with a focus on value-based contracting and analytics (preferably payer contracting experience)
ASA or FSA designation
Strong accountability, intellectual curiosity, and customer satisfaction mindset
Experience underwriting and evaluating key financial parameters within value-based contracts for health plan or provider system
Experience with database querying (SAS, SQL, Python), Amazon Quick Site or BI Tool equivalent

Actuarial Experience with health plan
Consulting experience with deadline-driven project management accountability
Hands on experience developing and overseeing product roadmap
Expertise in Commercial, Capitation, and FFS risk
