CBIZ Optumas is seeking a motivated consultant pursuing a career in healthcare consulting. The position involves working primarily with State Medicaid agencies and Medicaid Managed Care Plans, providing guidance and strategy to help them remain efficient and effective purchasers of healthcare services. The employee will report to one of our Managers, Senior Managers, or Directors and will be part of a welcoming and collaborative culture. The role includes facilitating client meetings, developing client deliverables, managing timelines, and supporting business development activities. A hybrid work schedule is available for local candidates, while remote work is an option for candidates residing outside of the Phoenix area.
