Actuarial Analyst III Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Actuarial Analyst III supports Medicare Advantage pricing and bid development within the Medicare Actuarial team. How You Will Make an Impact: Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Benefit Ownership: Manage assigned pricing models and benefits, ensuring data accuracy, methodology consistency, and timely bid filing readiness. Contract Interpretation: Review vendor and benefit contracts, translating terms into accurate pricing assumptions and model inputs. Data Validation & Issue Resolution: Validate data sources, troubleshoot discrepancies, and resolve issues quickly to maintain model integrity. Experience Analysis: Conduct experience studies to support pricing decisions and assumption development. Audit support: Assist with CMS bid desk reviews and audits by preparing documentation and explanations of pricing methodologies. Leadership & Collaboration: Lead special projects, develop process improvements, and provide guidance and training to junior analysts.
